About this microwa ve oven Microw av es are high-frequenc y electr omagnetic wa ves similar to radio wa ves. Wh ile radio wa ves may vary in length from one metre to many kilometres, micr owa ves are very short (less than 12 .5 centimetres). Microw av es do not mak e any heat themselves but only cause water molecules in f ood to vibrate.
Unpacking your microw av e oven Bef ore you use your micr owa ve oven 1. Remove all the packaging. Do not remove the small piece of car d from the right hand side of the c a vity wall. This is called a wa ve-guide cover and allows the microw av es to pass through to cook the f ood.

How to use y our microw av e oven 20 Inquiring Function (1) During the cooking cycle, press the “POWER" bu tton and the current power will be displayed for 2-3 seconds. (2) In pre-set state, press the " CLOCK/PRE-SET “ button to check the time when the cooking will start.
