18 Driv e Belt T en sion The t ight nes s of the belt t hat drives the spi ndle has been adj us ted at t he f ac tor y. Furt her adjustm ent m ay be necessary af t er the mac hine receiv es some use, as the b elt m ay stretc h sli ghtly during t he “breaking in” process.

Set t he appropri a te t e m p lat e size, fenc e positi ons, cl a m p ing bar thi ckness , and c utter depth f or y our parti cul ar job.

(NOTE: T he bottom groov es on both piec es w ill be f ace up, but wil l now be oppo sit e the fenc es .) A ga in, m ake sure the edges are fl ush w i th t he LEF T SIDE ov erlappi ng the edge of the BACK.
