11 ST ART ING A FLOODED ENGINE Flooded engines c an be s tarted by placing the ON /OFF s wi tch in the O N pos ition. Move the star t lev er to the RU N pos ition and fully squeez e thrott le trigger . Pull the s tarter han- dle repeatedly w hile squeez ing thr ottle trigger until engine s tarts and runs .
