Getting started RQT9763 11 Precautions [HTB70] Attach the st ands if necessary . If not, proceed to step 3. Place the main unit in the desired posit ion and att ach each cord onto the rack or t able. ≥ Make sure that the slack of the cord is minimal.
12 RQT9763 This unit can be wall mounted using the supplied wall mount brackets, etc. Make sure th at the screw used and the wall are strong enough to suppo rt the weight of at least 33 k g (72. 8 lbs). The screws and other items are not supplied as the type and size will vary with each installation.
Getting started RQT9763 13 Precautions Att ach the wall mount bracket s to the wall. Complete all the necessary connections to the main unit. ( > 15 to 17) ≥ Connect the AC power supply cord to the main unit, but do not conne ct it to the household AC outlet until the installation is completed.
14 RQT9763 Att ach the main unit to the wall mount bracket s. Screw the safety holder onto th e wall mount bracket s. ≥ Screw tightening torque: 80 N 0 cm (0.6 lbf 0 ft) to 120 N 0 cm (0.9 lbf 0 ft). ≥ The safety holders are designed to prevent the main unit from falling off the wall mount bracket.

16 RQT9763 With the IR Blaster connection, it is possible to send the IR signal received by this system’s remote control signal sensor to the TV’s sensor . Use the TV’s remote control within the operation rang e of this system’s remote control signal sensor .

In the interest of power conservation, if you will not be using this system for a long time, unplug it fr om the household AC outlet.

Operations RQT9763 19 3D sound This system provides a feeling that the sound and th e image are as one. ≥ T o change t he applied effect , refer to “Sound modes”. ( > right) ≥ T o turn off Dolby V irtual Speaker and the 3D surround effects, select “STEREO” as the sound mode.
20 RQT9763 Advanced oper a tions T o display the curre nt audio format. Press and hold [SOU ND] for more than 4 sec. ≥ The current audio format is indicated for 5 sec. Audio format is not indicated when “” or “BD/DVD” is selected as the source.
Operations RQT9763 21 Depending on your pref erence, It is possible to turn off the 3D surround effe ct and the clear-mode dialog ef fect. While pressing and h olding [SOUND] on the remote control, press an d hold [VOL i ] on the main unit for more than 4 sec.
