Fully Automatic W ashing Machine Operating Instructions Model No. NA-F70B1 NA-F62B1 Thank you very much for purchasing Panasonic W ashing Machine. Before operating this washing machine, please read these instructions completely, paying special attentions to Safety & General Precautions.

3 Do not place any burning object including burning candles or cigarettes, on top or near the washing machine. There is a danger of fi re or set deformation. Never disconnect the power plug by pulling the power cord. Hold the power plug as you pull it out.
4 WARNING Do not put your hand or foot under the washing machine while the machine is operating. There is a rotating mechanism at the bottom of the machine, so you could be injured. Do not climb up or put anything heavy on the top of the machine. You could be injured due to set deformation or breakage of the washing machine.
5 3 2 1 4 5 Procedures before washing • Check the installation See pages 16~18 for details. 1 Level the washing machine by adjusting the adjustable leg and using the leveller as reference. 2 Connect the water supply hose. 3 Turn on the faucet. 4 Plug power cord into socket outlet.
6 Determining load and detergent levels with the Quick Indication 1 Put the laundry into the machine. 2 Allow the machine to churn the laundry for 5 seconds. 3 Detergent volume indications. Press the [POWER ON] button and then press the [START/ HOLD] button after putting in the laundry.
7 How to use liquid detergent Put in the liquid detergent according to the water level into the bleach / liquid detergent inlet. Bleach / Liquid Detergent Inlet [NOTE] • Liquid detergent, like powdered detergent is not easily dissolved and can leave scum along the inside of the washing tub, so be sure to rinse thoroughly.
8 “Economy’’ Laundering Using wash water twice Wash lightly soiled laundry in the first load. Wash heavily soiled laundry in the second load. 1. Put the laundry in the tub, and press [POWER ON]. 2. Press [PROCESS] button for [WASH] and press [START/HOLD] button.
9 Fuzzy logic control is used to recommend the proper water level and amount of detergent for the amount of laundry being done. RESERVE ë You can choose the finishing time to 9 hours. (See page 11) OFF/ON ë The power automatically turns off when total operations is finished.
10 NORMAL Course Suitable for normal washing of casual laundry. 1 Press the [POWER ON] button and put in the laundry. 2 Press the [START/HOLD] button. • The light will indicate “NORMAL’’ Course automatically. • The machine will measure the load size without water (laundry sensing).
11 DELICATE Course Suitable for washing soft laundry. Remark: Amount of laundry that can be washed at one time : 3.0 k g 1 Press the [POWER ON] button and put in the laundry. 2 Press the [PROGRAM] button twice for “DELICATE” Course. • The light will indicate “DELICATE’’ Course automatically.
12 Cancelling end buzzer after washing 1. Press [START/HOLD] button and [POWER ON] button at the same time, release [POWER ON] button and hold [START/HOLD] button at least for 3 seconds. Two times beep sound indicates the end buzzer of washing has been cancelled.
13 Process settings You can select PROGRAM to wash your own laundry according to your preferences. (By pressing [PROCESS] button) 7 WASH To reuse the wash water. • After washing, the wash water is left in the tub and the machine stop operation. 7 SPIN To spin the separately washed laundry.
14 Maintenance Lint fi lter / Water supply hose fi lter / Main unit and tub Lint fi lter 2. Remove the lint from the fi lter. • When the fi lter is torn, etc. Obtain another one from the place of purchase. • Turn the wash tub if the fi lter cannot be removed easily.
