Somet imes, overs ized docume nts sent to you by the other partie s can not be prin ted within a single page. When t his occ urs, the docume nt will be divided into separa te pages.
Receiving Docu ment s 62 If the received docum ent is extre mely lo ng (over 39 % longer t han the rec ording paper), the doc ument will be divided into s eparate pages. Wh en printi ng on se parate pages, th e botto m 13 mm ( 0.5 in.) of the fi rst page will b e overlappe d on top of the nex t page.
