Preparatio n 11 VQT1J59 • After charging is completed, be sure to disconnect the power supply d evice from the electrical o utlet. • The batter y becomes war m after using it and during and after charging. The camera also becomes warm during use. This is not a malfunction.
Preparation 12 VQT1J 59 • The ter minals of the charger or the battery are dir ty . In this case, wipe them with a dry cloth. • When t he operating time of the camera becomes extremely shor t e ven after properly charging the batter y , the lif e of the battery may hav e expired.

This feat ure allows y ou to write print inf or mation to media and then use the inf or mation on a DPOF-com pliant system. • DPOF print setting is a conv enient function when printing pictures with a printer that suppor ts PictBridge.

Advanced (Playback) 87 VQT1J59 • The picture is o verwritten when you select [YES]. Resized pictures cannot be restored when t he y are overwritten. • A resized picture is newly created when you se lect [NO] . • If the original picture is prot ected, you cannot overwrite it.
Advanced (Playback ) 88 VQT1J 59 • Depending on the cut size, t he pict ure size of the trimmed picture may become smaller than that of the original picture . • The pictur e quality of the trimmed picture will deteriorate. • It may not be possib le to trim pictures recorded with other equipment.
