It has been found that counterfeit battery pac ks which look very similar to the genuine product are made a vailable to pur chase in some markets.
11 (ENG) VQT2L04 Preparation 1 1 Attach the battery paying attention to the direction of the battery . • Charging star ts when the [CHARGE] indicator A lights green. A 2 2 Detach the battery after charging is completed. • Charging is complete when the [CHARGE] indicator A turns off.
12 VQT2L04 (ENG) Preparation About the Built-in Memory/the Card Built-in Memory • Memory size: Appr ox. 40 MB • The built-in memory can be used as a temporary storage device when the card being used becomes full. • The access time for the b uilt-in memory may be longer than the access time for a card.
13 (ENG) VQT2L04 Preparation • Check that this unit is turned off. • We recommend using a P anasonic card. OPEN LOCK 1 1 Slide the release lever in the direction of the arro w and open the card/battery door . • Alwa ys use genuine Panasonic batteries (CGA-S/106C: supplied or DMW -BCF10E: optional).

15 (ENG) VQT2L04 Preparation Setting the Menu This section describes how to select the Normal Picture Mode settings, and the same setting can be used for the [PLA YBACK] menu and [SETUP] menu as well. Example: Setting [AF MODE] from [ 2 ] to [ 3 ] in the Normal Picture Mode 1 1 Press [MENU] to display the menu.
