Check with your local authori ties or service provider. ■ Overview The keyboard contains the followin g parts, as shown in Figure 1: Release button (1) opens the keyboard.

Open the battery compartment of the keyboard by sli ding the compartment cover fr om the keyboard.

If you do not use the keyboard with in 10 minutes, it is au tomatically swithed off. To switch off the keyboard, close it, or press and hold the power key for about 2 seconds.

12 © 2004-2006 Nokia. All rights reserved. 3. Using the keyboard ■ Placing your phone on the cradle The keyboard is provided with a retractable cradle on which you can keep your compatible phone while using the keyboard. To slide the cradle out from the keyboard, see Figure 3.
