3 Squeezebox™ Owner’s Guide If you alr eady have a wir eless or ethernet network and a com puter t o use as a server , setting up Squeezebox™ and SlimServ er™ tak es just a few minut es—all y ou need to get your music playing t hrough Squeezebox™ is in t his owner’s guide.
4 Logitec h® 1 . Download the SlimServ er installer program t o a location you can find ag ain on your comput er .
5 Squeezebox™ Owner’s Guide 1 . Save t he .dmg file to y our Desktop. 2. When the file has finished downloading, double-clic k on the disk image file (.dmg) to mak e it appear on y our desktop.
6 Logitec h® 1 . Connect Squeezebox t o your st ereo amplifier or r eceiver using t he included RCA cable with the r ed and white connect ors. Y ou can also connect a digital optical cable to the squar e connector or digit al coaxial cable to t he orange connector .
7 Squeezebox™ Owner’s Guide When you plug in Squeezebo x, a logo is displayed briefly , follow ed by a w elcome message. 1 . Press t he arrow on the r emot e control.
