16 Connecting 2 Connecting y If a connected HDM I device does not acc ept the audio output of the unit, the HDMI device’ s audio sound may be distor ted or may not output. y When you use HDMI connection, you can change the resolution for the HDMI output.

3 System Setting System Setting 25 System Se tting 3 Settings Adjust the Setup Settings Y ou can change the settings of the unit in the [Setup] menu. 1. Pr ess HOME ( n ). 2. Use a/d to s elect the [Setup] and press ENTER ( b ). The [Setup] menu appears.
System Setting 26 System Se tting 3 Resolution Sets the output resolution of the Component and HDMI video signal. Refer t o page 17 and 54 for details about the resolution setting. [Aut o] If the HDMI OUT jack is connected to T Vs providing display inf ormation (EDID), automatically selects the resolution best suited to the connected T V.
27 System Se tting 3 [ A UDIO] Menu Each disc has a variety of audio output options. Set the unit’ s Audio options according to the type of audio system you use. Since many factors aect the type of audio output, see “ Audio Output Specications” on page 52 for details.
System Setting 28 System Se tting 3 D TS Neo:6 If the unit is connected to the multi- channel Audio Receiver by HDMI connection, set this option to enjoy the multi-channel surround sound with the 2-channel audio source. [O ] Outputs the stereo sound via front speakers.
System Setting 29 System Se tting 3 D VD Rating Blocks playback of rated DVD based on their content. (Not all discs are rated .) [Rating 1-8] Rating one (1) has the most restrictions and rating eight (8) is the least restrictive. [Unlock] If you select [Unlock], parental control is not active and the disc plays in full.
System Setting 30 System Se tting 3 Netflix [Netix ESN] Display its unique Netix ESN (Electronic Serial Number) that allows you to use the Netix streaming. [Deactivate Netix] Deactivates your unit. T o activate the Netix again, contact to the ser vice provider .

The last scene remains in memory even if you remov e the disc from the unit or switch o the unit. If you load a disc that has the scene memorized, the scene is automatically recalled .
