KVM-0850/1650 IP KVM switch 3. Hardware inst allation 3.1 Operation Overview Figure 3.1 shows the connections of KVM-0850/1650 to its host, to peripheral devices, to the power source and to the local area network.

Normally, the applet determines the correct value automatically. However, depending on your particular JVM and your browser settings this is not always possible.

KVM-0850/1650 IP KVM switch 6.2.3.2 Drive Redirection Settings ¾ Start Drive Redirection 1. Enter the IP address of KVM-0850/1650 into the field of Device. 2. Select the local drive y ou want to share with the remo te computer, which could be Floppy disc, DC-ROMs, USB-Sticks and hard drives.

KVM-0850/1650 IP KVM switch 6.4 KVM Settings 6.4.1 User Console The following settings are user specific. That means, the super user can customize these settings for every users separately. Changing t he settings for one user does not affect the settings for the other users.

Dynamic DNS Scenario The KVM-0850/1650 is reachable via the IP address of the DSL router, which is dynamically assigned by the provider.

During the connection establishment the KVM-0850/1650 has to expose its identity to a client using a cryp tographic certificate.
