13 Gri ddle (o n some models) The griddle, made of brushed, cold-rolled steel, is similar to those used in commercial kitchen s. The griddle is packaged with a protective grease coating covered with pap er that must be r emoved completely with hot, soapy water .

18 Convection Roast Convection roasti ng can be used for roasting meats an d poultry , or for baking yeast breads an d loaf cakes usin g a single rack .
