They do not replace or modify the display driver. The Auto Setup instructions require the monitor to be warmed up for 15 minutes.
1 4 Auto Setup for DOS T o set up the mo nitor automa tically i n DOS, do the following : If the monitor is in standby mode (STAN DBY ON), it may automatically turn off while you are waiting for it t o warm up. If this happens, switch off the monitor and s witch it on again after a few seconds.

1 8 Operation The image is already optimized for many display modes; however the user cont rols can be used to adjust the image to your liking. • Press the O SD Enter bu tton to d isplay the main OSD me nu. • Use the A rrow but tons to move a mong th e icons.
19 On-screen display (OSD) control s The se ttings adj ustable with the user co ntrols ar e viewed t hrough the On- Screen Disp lay (OSD). P ress the O SD Enter b utton ( ) to activate the OSD. The LCD monitor needs time to become thermally stable the first time you turn it on each day.

24 Power Manage ment If your computer has previously been used with a CRT monitor a nd is currently configured to a display mode ou tside the range that the Flat Panel monitor can display, you may need to re-attach the CRT monitor temporar ily until you have re-c onfigured the computer, preferably to 1024 x 768 at 60Hz.
