Residential use: Hustler T urf Consumer Products used for normal residential purposes* are warranted f or three (3) years from date of delivery on all materials and workmanship.

TIME LIMIT Any action for breach of warranty must be commenced within thirty-seven (37) months following delivery of the go ods in a residential application.

8 601156_1106 While Operating Never perform maneuvers at high ground speeds. Av oid sudden turns. Av oid quick movements of steering levers. Reduce speed and use extreme caution when operating on slopes. Check mowing area, and remove objects that could be thrown by blades.

OPERATION 601156_1106 11 Safe Operat ing Practices This product is cap able of amputating hands and feet and thro wing objects. Always follow all safety instru ctions to avoid serious injury or death. Operation ▲ Never leave a running machine un attended.
12 601156_1106 ▲ Never make sudden starts, stops, turn s, or reverse dir ection, especially when maneuvering on slopes. The steering is designed for sensitive response. Rapid movement of the steerin g control levers in either direction could result in a reaction of the tractor tha t can cause serious injury .
601156_1106 13 C. Deck clutch switch (Fig. 3-1) — this switch engage s the deck. Pull the switch up to engage and push switch down to disengage the clu tch. IMPORT ANT: Never engage clutch with en gine running at high rpm or when the deck is under load.

They are flammable and vapors are explosive. A f ire or explo- sion from gasoline can burn you an d others and can dama ge property .

601156_1106 29 When storing the unit at the the end of the mowing season, the following steps should be taken to ensure r eadiness for the next mowing season. 1. Remove all grass, dirt, and tr ash fr om tractor and mower . Clean tractor and mower and touch up all scra pes with Hustler spray paint.
