www .HunterF anInternational.com Downrod (c ontinued) DO NO T PICK THE F AN UP BY THE CANOPY OR WIRES. Place the downrod ball int o the slot in the ceiling bracket. Put the wires and do wnrod through the canopy . Let the canopy sit loosely on t op of the fan.

Spread the wires apart, with the grounded wires on one side of the outlet box and the ungrounded wires on the other side of the outlet bo x.

www .HunterF anInternational.com Canop y Lift the canopy into place so that the screw holes are aligned . Position the canop y so that, when lifted into place , the canopy ts int o the hanging bracket as shown. Insert the two canopy screws found in the hardware bag .

www .HunterF anInternational.com Rocker- Style Plate Switch Co ver Plate Removed T abs T o install the transmitter cradle , remove the two screws holding the switch cov er plate. Do not remove the c over plate. Orient the cradle b y lining up the two mounting holes with those on the cov er plate.
