Troubleshooting 22 4 Driver setting error. (Memo- ry) There is an error in the down- load ed fo nt(s ). Reset t he paramete r for down- loading fonts. Insufficient memory or memo- ry settings for the pr inter driv- er may not match memory actually installed.

Troubleshooting 24 4 Parallel I/F board has a p rob- lem. An error has occu rred in the parallel interface board. Contact your sa les or s ervice representative. Print overrun. The image data has been thinned out due to image com- pressio n. Increase memory capacity.

Troubleshooting 26 4 When using wireless LAN, is the access point correctly set? Confirm access point settings when in Infrastructure m ode. De- pending on the access point, client access may be limited by the MAC addr ess.
The Machine Does Not Print 27 4 Problem Soluti ons Is the Data In indicator blinking or lit after starting the p rin t jo b? If not, data is not being sent t o the machine. ❖ ❖ ❖ ❖ When the machine is c onnected to the comput er using the interf ace cable Confirm that machine port settings are correct.
Troubleshooting 28 4 Other Printing Problems Problem C auses, Descriptions, a nd Solut ions The print on the entire pa ge is fad- ed. If Toner Saver is s elected in the [ P rint Quality ] tab on the p rinter driver ta b, the entire page will be faded when pr inted.
Other Printing Problems 29 4 A print instruc- tio n wa s is sue d from the comp ut- er, b ut p rin ti ng did not start . User code manageme n t may have been set. As k the administra tor about valid user codes. To print, t he user code must be entered from the printer driver.
