8 PREP ARA TION Supplied Accessories When you unpac k the play er, please chec k to ensure the follo wing accessories are supplied before installation.
9 P ositioning the Play er in a V ehicle The play er can be positioned on the inside of the vehicle windscreen using the supplied suction cup windscreen mount and mounting brack et. Attach the mounting brack et onto the suction cup windscreen mount. Ensure the mounting brack et is secured onto the suction windscreen mount.
10 B ASIC OPERA TION Getting Started Press the P ower button f or a while to turn on the play er . The T op Menu appears on the touch screen. Note: Y ou can return to the T op Menu any time b y pressing the MENU button. Navigation T ap on the T op Menu to enter navigation mode .
11 Brightness Setting The play er has a light sensor that will detect the changes in lighting condition and adjust the brightness for optimum vie wing lev el automatically . Y ou may also adjust the brightness le vel manually . T ap on the T op Menu to enter Br ightness Setting.
12 Entertainment Y ou can play MP3 and MPEG-4 stored in SD or MMC memory card. Inser t the SD or MMC memory card to the card slot. T ap on the T op Menu to enter media play er mode. The folder list will be displa yed. T ap SDMMC DISK folder to open the f older.
13 Entertainment Screen Buttons The follo wing buttons appear on the Entertainment screens. T ap to display the enter tainment interf ace. T ap to scroll up the folder list or file list. T ap to scroll down the folder list or file list. T ap to retur n to the folder list.
14 P airing the Player with Y our Mobile Phone The play er is also a Bluetooth device . Before y ou can connect it to your mobile phone with Bluetooth, you need to pair them. Press the button to enter Bluetooth mode. The Bluetooth menu will be displa yed.
15 Bluetooth Menu Buttons The follo wing buttons appear on the Bluetooth menu. T ap to disconnect the Bluetooth connection to your mobile phone . T ap to pair the player with y our mobile phone. T ap to activate the Auto Ans wer function. T ap to increase the speaker volume or to scroll up the call list.
