Inspec tion Shipmen t s hould be checked again st t he b ill of l ading to verif y that all items listed have been received. All parts should be carefully inspec ted to determine if any damage was incurred in shipment.
The condenser should be locat ed n o clos er th an f our feet from any wall or other obstruction to provide sucient clearance for air entrance . Do not attach ductwork to the coil inlet or fan ou tle t. Ca re sho uld be tak en to av oid ai r rec irc ul ati on co ndi tio ns that can be caused by sight screening , walls , etc .
V er tical Condenser V ertica l airow unit s shou ld be loca ted no clos er tha n the widt h of the unit f rom a w all or othe r obstr uction . If two or more u nits are to be po sitioned in th e sa me area, a similar distance sho uld be maintained between adjacent units.
Leg Assembly for Horiz ontal Airow Installation (Models 024-133; 5-26) Remove bolts securing condenser to skid. Remove item 1 and attach to rear of bottom leg (item A) to complete mounting base. I tem 2 is not required in the horizontal discharge application and ma y be discarded.
Elec trical W iring The electrical installation should be in accordanc e with National Elec trical Code, local codes and regulations . Proper over current pr otection should be pr ovided f or the fan mot ors. Wiring diagrams shown are only basic and do not show fuses, disconnec t switches, etc.
