- 1 6 - H 8203 Prof essio nal Drill Sharpening Machine The Mo del H8203 allows you to select a s pecific point angle based on the type of mate rial to be drilled. For general purpose use , suc h as wood and sof t metal, set the point angle to 1 1 8 º (see Figure 16 ).
H8203 Professional Drill Sharpening M achine - 1 7 - 3. Whi le p re ssi ng t he c ol let hol de r fo rwa rd gently, rotate the drill bit back and forth, and about every four seconds, dip the bit in water to cool the tip. This will help prevent the tip from overheating and softening too much.

Tighten the cap screws, making sure the cen- ter of the rear trimming hole is over the edge of the grinding wheel, as shown in Figure 24 .

Use the included hex wrench to loosen the cap screw securing the grinding wheel cover at the back of the grinder, then tilt the cover away from the grinder ( Figure 28 ).
