1 Intr oduction Installation of the USB Data Car d Pr ogr ammer and Device Drivers 1. Connect the USB connector on the end of the Progr ammer cable to the USB port on the back of the computer . Most computers have two USB P orts . Either port will work.
2 Installation T o Install the MapSource Software Upgr ade including USB Data Card Pr ogrammer Support : 1. Insert the Progr ammer CD-ROM into your computer’ s CD-ROM drive. 2. Click the Start button and select “Run... ” 3. T hen type in the drive letter of your CD-ROM drive followed by the MapSource Update file name: MSUPDA TE.
