2 Congratulations on buying your new “V ario” appliance. Before switching your appliance on for the first time, we would like you to familiarize yourself with your new appliance. In this manual you will find important notes on safety and operation.

• The grilled result depends on the nature and quality of the meat and on your personal taste. • As far as possible, grilled pieces should be equally thick. In this way , they will brown evenly and they will stay nice and juicy . • Always preheat the grill.
