8 -EN Setting the Dimmer Con trol 1 Press FUNC ./SE T UP so that the indic ator lights up. 2 Press 6/DIMMER repeatedl y to select the DIMMER mode. DIMME R-A ( Auto mo de) DIMMER ON DIMME R OFF DIMMER-A DIMM ER-A mode : Decrease the illumination brightness of the unit with t he head lights o f the vehicl e ON.
9 -EN Presetting Sta tions Manually 1 Selec t the radio band an d tune in a desired rad io station you wish to store in th e preset memory . 2 Press and hold, for at least 2 seconds, any one o f the pr eset button s (1 through 6) int o whi ch you wis h to store the station.
10 -EN Recalling Preset RDS Sta tions 1 Press FUNC ./SE T UP so that the indic ator lights up. 2 Press 1 /AF to activate the RDS mod e. 3 Press FUNC ./SE T UP to activate the normal mode. The indicato r goes out. 4 Make sure that the indicator lig ht goes out, the n press the preset button in whic h your desired RDS station is pr eset.
11 -E N Receiving T raffic Information While Playing CD or Radio 1 Press and ho ld BAND/T A for at least 2 seco nds so that the “ T A” i ndicator lights up .

13 -E N File/Folder Name Search (concerning MP3/WMA/AA C) Folder and file names may be se arched and dis played durin g playback. 1 During MP3/WMA/AAC playbac k, press /ENT to activate the search mode. 2 Tu r n t h e Rotary enco der to select Folder Name Search mode or File Name Search mode, and then press /ENT .

15 -E N Adjusting Subwoofer Leve l/Bass Level/ T reb le Level/Balance (Bet ween Left and Right)/Fader (Between Fro nt and Rear)/ Defeat 1 Press Rotary enc oder (AUDIO) repeatedly to choose the de sired mode.
16 -EN 2 -1 Press BAND/T A to select the desired treble centre frequen cy . 10.0 kHz 12.5 kHz 15.0 kHz 17.5 kHz 10.0 kHz Emphasises the displayed t reble frequ ency ranges. 2 -2 * 2 Tu r n t h e Rotar y e ncoder to select t he desired treble level (–7~+7).

18 -EN Y ou ca n flexibly custom ize the unit to suit your own preference s and usage. From the SETUP menu , Sound Customi zing, V isu al Custom izing, etc., can be modified. 1 Press and ho ld FUNC./SE TUP for at l east 2 seconds to activate the SETUP mode .

Remo ve US B me mor y 1 Carefully , pull out the USB memory fr om the USB cable or the USB Connection T erminal.

23 -E N Quick Search Y ou can se arch a song from al l songs in the iP hone/iPod with out select ing an album, artis t, etc. 1 Press and ho ld /E NT for at least 2 seconds to activate the Quick Search mode. 2 Tu r n t h e Rotary enco der to select a desired song.

29 -E N Installation • The ma in unit must be mounted wit hin 30 degr ees of the ho rizonta l plane, back to front. * If the installe d mounting sl eeve is loose in the dashboa r d , the pressur e plates may be bent sligh tly to remedy the pr oblem.
