EAN900 6 1. INTRODUCTION The EAN900 network camera with a built-in 1.3 mega-pixel progressive scan CMOS offe rs crisp images with sharp defin ition and reduced motion blur that occurs in regular interlaced CCD.

EAN900 11 4.1 System Info System information and system log check of the setup menu can be performed on this page. The “System Info” page has 2 tabs: [Information] tab and the [Log] tab. 4.1.1 Information System Information: Firmware version, MAC address, V ideo T y pe, Model number .
EAN900 12 4.1.2 Log System Log : Date/Time : displaying date and tim e of the log. Log message : all information and event message, including login, user ’ s IP , reboot, firmware upgrade, load factory default, configuration reset and event detected.
EAN900 13 4.2 User Config Live view configuration is to b e set by user . Each login user can make his/her own settings for the following items: Te x t S e t t i n g Check the box for text of Machine name , Date/Time or Frame Ra te to be displayed on the screen.

EAN900 22 4.4.1 Multi S treaming St ream Se tting The system can output 3 video streams simultaneously . For each of them, user can set compression for mat, resolution, quality and fra me rate individually . Stream 1 is main steam for live vie w . Stream 2 is sec ondary TV stream for TV output.
EAN900 23 Frame Rate: max. 15 fps @ 1280 x 1024 ; max. 15 fps @ 1280 x 960 ; max. 20 fps @ 1280 x 720 ; max. 30 fps @ 640 x 480. Press Apply to apply the setting changes or Reset to res et without saving the change. V ideo Recording Setting User can set video recording by selecting one of the enabled video streamings.
EAN900 24 Camera setting Brightness: to incr ease or decrease contrast value of i mages. It is adjustable fro m 0~100. Contrast: to increase or d ecrease contrast valu e of images. It is adjustable from 0~100. Sharpness: to increase or decrease sharpness value of images.
EAN900 25 Advanced Settin g Lens Setting LENS: Select DC or Fixed of the lens ty pe used for camera. DC: DC driven Lens Fixe d: Ma nual Len s IRIS Level: to manually adjust IRIS level of Lens when selecting DC driven L ens. It is adjustable from 0~100.
EAN900 26 4.5 Audio The EAN900 camera can transmit audio to other clients using a built-in microphone or connecting to external microphone to pl ay audio received from other clients via connected speakers. This section describes how to configure the b asic audio settings.
EAN900 27 4.6 USER User Information Maximum 10 users can be set for using the IP camera. The user information displays the authorized users and acc ess levels: • Sup ervisor/Administrator –a supervisor/ad ministrator has unrestricted access to the Setting menu and can determine the registration of all other users.
EAN900 28 4.7 EVENT An event in the camera is when an Ev ent T y pe is activated and causes cert ain actions to be performed. The event type is the set of conditions that specifies how and when which actions will be performed. This table describes how to setup action types and event ty pe.
EAN900 29 4.7.1 Event The settings relating to event occurrences such as settings for the event occurrence, motion, alarm and time m ask can be configured on this page. The "Ev ent " page ha s 4 tabs: [ Event] ta b, the [Mot ion] tab , the [Alarm ] tab and the [T ime Mask] tab.
EAN900 30 T o change the priority of events, click on the event and it will be high lighted. Press or button to move between events . The event that has highest priority will be activated first. Press Apply to apply the setting changes or Reset to res et without saving the change.

EAN900 32 There are 5 motion trigger areas, which can be di stinguished by 5 different colors. Check Enable checkbox to enable event action. For each of them, you can set the event action to be activated. Event actio n can be set in “Event” s ection.
EAN900 33 Pre-Alarm Buffer: Image saved internally in the serv er from the ti me immediately preceding the trigger . Input the desired length of pre-trigger buffer time. It can be set up to 120 seconds. Post-Alarm Buffer: Image saved internally in the server from the ti me immediately after the trigger .
EAN900 34 Select Alw ays for event action to b e taken continuously . Press button to add new time period. Mask name: Input a mask name for the new time period. Check the check box for the day to be scheduled: Sun, Mon, T ue, W ed, Thu, Fri & Sat.

EAN900 40 4.8.4 Maintenance Maint enance Serv er Reboot: The unit is rebooted without changing any of the settings. Use this method by pressing Reboot button if the unit is no t behaving as expected. Restore: The unit is restarted and most current settings are reset to the factory defaul t values by p ressin g Restor e button.
