Important Information Please read the following important information about your projector. Important Safety Information W arning: Never look into the projector lens when the lamp is switched on as the bright light can damage your eyes. Never let children look into the lens when it is on.
Button Function Power Turns the projector on or off. Help Displays the Help menu. Menu Displays or hides the menu. Esc Terminates the current function that you have been executing . If you press the Esc button when a menu or help is displayed, you can go back to the previous menu layer.
Button Function Freeze Keeps the current computer or video image on the screen. A/V Mute Turns off/on the audio/video output of the projector. To turn on the audio/video output, press either the A/V mute button again or Esc button. E-Zoom Executes the E-zoom function.

■ ■ ■ ■ ■ 84 Cleaning the Lens Clean the lens whenever you notice dirt or dust on the surface. Lightly wipe the lens surface with a soft, dry, lint-free cloth. To remove dirt or smears on the lens, moisten a soft cloth with an alcohol-based cleaner and gently wipe the lens surface.
Cleaning the Air Filter ■ ■ ■ ■ ■ ■ 85 Cleaning the Air Filter Clean the air filter at the bottom of the projector after every 100 hours of use. If it is not cleaned periodically, it can become clogged with dust, preventing proper ventilation.
■ ■ ■ ■ ■ 86 Replacing the Lamp Replace the lamp when: • The projected image gets darker or starts to deteriorate. • The projection lamp indicator is flashing orange . • The message “LAMP REPLACE” appears on the screen when the projector lamp comes on.
