I t will operate fr om a wide rang e of ac mains input voltages . Full protec tion and therm ally controlle d fan cooling ensure s the power unit will operate cons istentl y.
MPS14 User Guide 7 Earthing Finally , some con siderat ion should be given to the earth ing arrangem ent of the system, a t the cen tre of which is the consol e and the MPS1 4. The console chass is is earthed, to the mains earth, via the power su ppl y.
8 MPS14 User G uide Cleaning and Replacing the fan filters . At regular intervals, it i s recommende d that the two f oam fan fi lters are cleaned or replac ed to ensu re efficient operation of the power unit . Failure to do so may reduc e the efficienc y or even dama ge the power unit.
