38 electrolux usage, t ables and tips Drying Oven function: Convection wi th ring heating element • Use ove n shelves covered with greaseproof paper or baking parch- ment. • Y ou get a b etter result if you switch the oven off halfway through the dry- ing time, open the door and leave the oven to cool down over night.
usage, t ables and tip s electrolux 39 Making Preserves Oven function: Bottom heat • For preserving, use only commercial- ly available preserve jars of the same size. • Jars with twist-off o r bayon et type lids and metal tins are not suitable . • When m aking pr eserves , use the first shelf position from the bot- tom .
