Within 5 sec onds, se t the desir ed count - down using the or buttons (max. 99 minutes). After 5 se conds the displ ay shows the time rem a in i n g .

21 Using the O ven After appr ox. 5 seco nds , the curr ent cor e temperature is shown in the di splay . As soon as the ac tual cor e te mper atur e ha s r eached the s et temper a ture , an audible signal sounds. Press any button to sw itch off t he signal .
Using t he Ov en 22 Mechanical Door Loc k When the appliance is delivered, the door lock is de activated. Activate the door lock Pull the sa fety catc h forwards until it locks in plac e. Open th e oven door : 1. Shut the door . 2. Press the safety catch and keep it de- pressed.
