Using the Oven 18 Inserting/Removing the F at Filter Only use th e fat filter when ro asting to pr otect the rear heating elements from fat splashes. 19 U sing the Oven Clock Functions Countdown (KURZZEIT ) T o set a countdown. A signal sounds after th e time has elapsed. This function does not affect the fun ctionin g of the ov en. Cook t ime (DA UER) T o set how long the oven is to be in u se. End t ime (ENDE ) T o set when th e oven is to switch off again.
