5 SHARING MADE EASY Quick Star t Instructions HERE’S HO W IT W ORKS Each night while you sleep , your personal photo Receiv er automatically and silently dials in to get any pictur es sent to you. Ther e is no interruption to your phone service and no need for a computer .
6 SETTING UP MISSING SOMETHING? SOMETHING D AMA GED? Locate the 12 digit serial number on the bottom of y our CEIV A TM Receiver’ s stand, or on the sides of the product bo x, and call 1-877-MYCEIV A (1-877-692-3482) to speak with the CEIV A TM Customer Care T eam.

8 SETTING UP If you need to shar e a phone jack with an answering machine, fax machine or another phone, use the dual phone jack (included). It will pro vide you with an additional outlet. Inser t the other end of the phone cord into the squar e phone access hole on the back of the CEIV A Digital Photo Receiver TM .

10 BUTT ONS What Do The Buttons Do? WHITE BUTT ON The white button on the back of the Receiver perf orms a variety of functions. T o start the slide show , press down on the button until the message “Y ou can let go now to start the slide show” is displa yed on the scr een.
11 SHARING MADE EASY Y our Digital Photo Receiver TM has man y features that will ad d to your vie wing pleasure. T o access these featur es, gently push in on the “button tra y” on the front of your Receiv er , just below the image screen. The tra y will slowly glide open, and rev eal the buttons which are displa yed in the diagram below .
12 INFO BAR The Info Bar is displa yed at the bottom of the Receiver’ s screen and displa ys a variety of information. The name of an y CEIV A TM member whom you ha v e appr oved on y our CEIV A TM Receiver’ s Buddy List will a ppear on the left side of the Inf o Bar .
13 SHARING MADE EASY NEXT The Next button enables y ou to manually scr oll thr ough pictures in a f orward direction. Press the Next button once to advance to the next photo . Continue to press the button until y ou reach the photo y ou are looking for .
14 AD V ANCED FEA TURES picture, or No to cancel your r equest. Pressing Ye s will confirm your r equest and will displa y the Info Bar at the bottom of the Receiv er’ s screen. A padlock icon in the right corner of the Info Bar indicates you ha v e now successfully lock ed this picture.

Sending Photos Any one can send digital photos to your Receiv er for FREE. Remember , you must first giv e them permission using the In vite-A-Buddy feature. This safeguards y our CEIV A TM Receiv er against any “spamming” or unauthorized photos being sent to you.

HO W DO I CONTROL THE PICTURE “ON” AND “OFF” TIMES? Adjusting your Receiv er’ s automatic on and off times ma y be done by logging into y our account at www .ceiva.com, and selecting the Settings option. Once you ha ve selected the desir ed times, remember to click on Update Receiver to confirm y our changes.
22 F A Q’S CAN I USE A RECEIVER IN MY OFFICE? Y es you can. If you ar e using an analog phone line check to see if the dialing prefix such as a 9 or 8 is needed to access a dial tone. Y ou can easily change the Receiver's settings to r eflect this dialing requir ement.

TROUBLESHOO TING Mak e sure the phone line is securel y plugged into the wall jack, as well as the back of the CEIV A Digital Photo Receiver TM , and that both plugs are fr ee of dust and debris. Check Settings located on your CEIV A TM account home page to make sur e the correct location phone number is enter ed.
