Operating Instructions 10 Contr ol Panel Pr ogram selector The progr am selector defines the nature of the washing cycle (e.g. water level, drum movement, number of rinses, spin speed) to suit the type of washing, as well as the wash temperatur e. I (OFF) Switches off the washing ma- chine.

Operating Instructions 17 Run a W ashing Cycle Brief Instructions A washing cycle is run in the following steps: 0 1. Set the correct washing pr ogram: – Set the progr am and temperatur e with the progr am selector – Set any additional progr am(s) 2.
Operating Instructions 18 Set the W ashing Progr am 3 For a suitable progr am, the right temperatur e and possible additional progr ams for the relevant washing ty pe, r efer to the ”Program T ables” . 0 1. Set the pr ogram selector to the requir ed washing progr am with the requir ed temperatur e.
Operating Instructions 19 Change the spin sp eed/select Rinse Hold 0 If necessary , change the spin speed for the final spin/ se- lect o (RINSE HOLD): Press the Spin speed / o (RINSE HOLD) button as often as necessary until the display for the requir ed spin speed (or of o / RINSE HOLD) lights up.

Operating Instructions 22 Start the W ashing Progr am 0 1. Check that the water valve is open. 2. Start the washing progr am: Press the button O / s (STA RT / PAUSE). The washing pr ogram is started. 3 The filling door is not correctl y closed if the indicators K (DOOR) and l (MAIN W ASH) flash red when the button O / s (STA RT/PAUSE) is pressed.
Operating Instructions 23 Change pr ogram Changing or aborting the pr ogram 0 1. Press the O / s (ST ART/PAUSE) button. 2. Turn the program selector to I (OFF). The washing pr ogram is aborted. 3. If requir ed, set a new washing progr am. Otherwise, turn the progr am selector to C (PUMP OUT) and press the O / s (ST ART/PAUSE) button.

Operating Instructions 27 Cleaning and Car e Contr ol panel Important! Do not use any fu rniture cleaning agents or aggressive cleaning agents in order to clean panel and contr ol parts. 0 Wipe contr ol panels with a damp cloth. When doing so, use warm wa- ter .

Operating Instructions 31 The washing machine vibrates durin g opera- tion or it is on an un e- ven surface. The transport pa ckaging has not been remo ved. Remove transport p ackaging according to the installation and connection in structions. The height-adj ustable screw feet are not corr ectly set.
Operating Instructions 32 Conditioner not added , compartment æ for care agent full of wa- ter . Softener insert in the com- partment for care agent not correctly attached or is blocked. Clean the detergent dr awer and firmly attach the sof- tener insert.
Operating Instructions 33 The main door cannot be opened while the appliance is turned on. The main door is locked be- cause of a high water level or a high temperature. The dis- play K (DOOR) is no t lit. Wait unti l the indicator K (DOOR) lights up gr een.

Operating Instructions 35 Carrying out emer gency drainage • If the washing machine no longer pumps off the washing solution, emergency dr ainage must be performed. • If the washing machine is in a room wh ere ther e is a risk of frost, emergency dr ainage must be perfor med if there is a possibility of frost.

Installation and connection instructions 42 Compensate for floor unevenness Floor unevenness can be compensate d for and the height can be cor- rected with the four adjustable scre w feet. The height can be adjusted in the r ange +10 .. -5mm. To adjust the feet use the special spanner supplied for removing the transport br aces.

Installation and connection instructions 44 W ater inflow A pressur e hose of 1.35m in length is supplied. If a longer inflow hose is requir ed, only a VDE-approved, complete set of hoses with fitted hose scr ew co nnections offered by our Customer Service is permissible.
Installation and connec tion instructions 45 W ater drain The drainage hose can either be connected to a siphon or hung in a wash basin or discharge basin or a bath tub . Only original hoses may be used fo r extensions (max. 3m laid on the floor and then up to 80cm high).
