4 INSTALLATION Hardware Installation 1. Connect the power adapter and th e AC power cord to the drive. 2. Attach the USB 2.0 cable to the drive. 3. Attach the other end of the USB 2.0 cabl e to the USB port in your computer. The drive is now ready to use.
