11 Step 1 Power down your computer and disconnect t h e p o w e r c o r d . B e s u r e t o r e m o v e t h e power cord completely from your computer as shown in the picture to the left.

14 PYRO PCI Card Software Installation Step 1 To the left is a picture of the dialog box that will notify you that Windows has detected your new hardware. Step 2 Wi n d o w s wi l l no w au t o m at i c a l l y ru n th e “Add New Hardware Wizard.” Select the rst option “Search for the best driver.
15 Step 5 Windows will now inform you it is ready to install your new driver. Verify that the path is the same as t he picture to the left. 24 Connecting the Digital Video Camcorder Once you have installed the PYRO ProDV card and the Media Studio Pro Software you are ready to begin capturing video to your computers hard drive. Follow these steps to ensure that both the operatin g system and Media Studio Pro recognize your camcorder.
