Chapter 2 18 c Gently press and sli de the paper width guides (1) and then the paper length guide (2) to fit t he paper si z e . Make sur e th at the t riangu lar marks (3) on the paper width guide s (1) and paper length guide (2) line up with the marks for t he paper size you ar e using.

Always f an the stack o f paper we ll before loadi ng it in the tray. I f you add paper withou t fanning the stac k , the machine may f eed mult iple pag es.
Chapter 2 20 Loading env elope s 2 Abo ut en ve lo pes 2 Use envelopes that weigh from 20 to 25 lb (80 to 95 g/m 2 ). Some enve lopes need margin sett ings to be set in the applicat ion. Make sure yo u do a t est pr int first before pr intin g many envelo pes.

The machine can pri nt in the shaded area s of cut-s heet paper only when the Borderle ss print feature is avai lable and turned on.
