Using the Restraint Adjustable Handle T o adjust, press both handle release buttons ( Fig. C ) while r otating handle into position. Adjust the handle to one of the following three positions: Carrying & In-Stroller Position, In-V ehicle & Stationary Position, or Optional In-Stroller Position ( Fig D ).
