Supported versions for upgrade You can upgrade BlackBerry Device Service 6.2 or later and Universal Device Service 6.2.1 or later, or BlackBerry Enterprise Service 10 version 10.1 to BlackBerry Enterprise Service 10 version 10.1.2. If you have BlackBerry Enterprise Service 10 version 10.
Fixed issues Installation fixed issues The setup application stopped responding when it mishandled a failed SQL call. (DT 7531615) If you attempted to install the BlackBerry Enterprise Service 10 software on a computer that had previously had the software installed on it, the install might have failed.

If you manually stop the BlackBerry Administration Service Application Server service in the Windows Task Manager, the BlackBerry Administration Service will not automatically restart.
