Maintencanc e MAINTENANCE • It is recommended to operate the appliance prior t o cooking. It is recommended to leav e the appliance in operation f or 5 minutes after cooking is completed in order to c ompletely eliminate cooking vapors and odors. The proper function of the range hood is conditioned by the r egularity of maintenance.
