Water connection • Do not connect the appliance with old hoses already used. Only use new hoses. • Make sure not to cause damage to the water hoses. • Do not connect the appliance to new pipes or pipes not used for a long time. Let the water flow for some mi- nutes, then connect the inlet hose.

The set of this function increases the programme duration. Spin button 8 Press this button to: • Decrease the maximum speed of the spin phase of the programme. • Activ ate the ‘No Spin’ func tion . Set this function to cancel all spin phases. The appliance does not spin the laundry.

To activate the drain system, put 2 litre of water in the main wash compartment of the detergent dis- penser.

If the temperature and level of the water in the drum are too high, you cannot open the door. To open the appliance door: • Do the steps 1 and 2 again. • Wait for some minutes. • Make sure that no water is in the drum. At the end of the programme • The appliance stops automatically.
Door seal Regularly examine the seal and remove all objects from the inner part. Detergent dispenser To clean the dispenser: • Press the lever and pull the dispenser out. • Remove the top part of the liquid additive com- partment. Clean all the parts wit h water.

Troubleshooting The start of the appliance does not occur or it stops dur- ing operation. First try to find a solution to the problem (refer to the ta- ble). If not, contact the service centre. Warning! Deactivate the appliance before you do the checks.

Installation Unpacking 1 2 A 1. Use the gloves. With a scissor cut the straps and with a cutter remove the external film. Do not to discard the plastic cover (A). 2. Remove the polystyrene packaging materials. 3. Remove the internal film. 4. Open the door and remove all the items from the drum.
5. Put the front piece on the floor behind the appli- ance. Carefully put down the appliance with the rear side on it. Make sure not to damage the ho- ses. 1 2 6. Remove the polystyrene protection from the bot- tom. A 7. Install the plastic cover (A), removed from the top of the packaging, to the bottom of the appliance.
10. Replace the plastic spacers with the large plastic caps. You can find these large caps in the user manual bag. Warning! Remove all the packaging and the transit bolts before you install the appliance. We recommend that you keep the packaging and the transit bolts for when you move the appliance.
