6 Using the Appliance This appliance is designed for domestic use only , specifically for the st orage of edible foodstuf fs. The appliance is designed to operate in ambient temperatures (surrounding air t emperature) between 1 0 °C and 32 °C. If these temperatures are e xceeded i.

8 The F reezer F reezing fresh food The appliance can be used to freez e fresh food in the quantit y specified on the r ating plate. F reezing fresh food should always be done after proper preparation as follows. Set the thermostat knob to a medium position.

When the compressor is on, the refrigerant is being pumped round and you will hear a whirring sound or pulsating noise from the compressor .
