18 USES OF THE DUA L GRILL CAUTION - ACCESSIBLE PARTS M AY BECOME HOT WHEN THE GRILL IS IN U SE. CHIL DREN SHOULD BE KEPT AWAY. The grill is a du al circuit grill w hich means that th e full area of the grill can be u sed, o r for economy purposes, the centre s ection only can be used w hen cooking sm aller quantities of food.

20 USES OF THE T OP OVEN The top oven is the s maller of the two ovens . It is h eated b y elem ents in the top and bottom of the oven. It is designed f or cook ing sm aller quantit ies of food. I t gives especial ly go od r esults if used to cook fr uit cak es, sweets and savo ur y flans or qu iche.

22 USES OF THE MA IN FAN OVEN The oven is heat ed by an element aro und the f an s ituated beh ind th e back panel. T he fan draws a ir fr om the oven and the element h eats th e air which circ ulates in the o ven via the v ents in t he bac k panel.

28 HINTS AND TIPS TO REDUCE HOB SOIL AGE: · Make s ure the bott om of the sauc epan and the cook ing area are clean and dry bef ore cook ing begins. · Ensure sauc epans are large enoug h to accomm odate food to avoid b oil overs . · If possible, wipe up s pills and spla tters as they occur, but t ake c are to avo id steam burns.
29 CLEANING INSIDE THE OVEN AND GRILL COMPARTMENTS The sides and bac k of the m ain oven and t op ov en / grill com par tments ar e coate d with a Sta yclean surf ace. The Sta yclean sur faces inside the ovens shou ld not be cleaned m anually. See ‘Car e of Sta yclean Surfac es’.
30 CLEANING BETWEEN THE OUTER AND INNER DOOR GLASS PANELS The outer d oor p anel is r em ovable for clean ing. TO R E MOVE THE O UTE R PA NE L 1. Open the o ven d oor slight l y to gain acc ess to t he two cross head sc rews on th e top of the oven door.
