Speed Dial Speed Dial numbers are automatically created when a fax number is stored in the Individual Directory. Using the Speed Dial number saves time typing the complete fax destination nu mber.

However, a lowe r resolution reduces communication time. Standard 200 x 100 dpi - Recommended for text d ocuments.

More than one remote machine can b e polled at a time. Enable this fea ture by selecting Poll Remote Fax and selecting On .
4F a x 76 Xerox Phaser 3635MFP User Gu ide Delay Send Delayed Send enables you to specify th e time of a fax transmission or poll. This option can be used to delay tr ansmission of a fax job for a minimum period of 15 minutes and a maximum per iod of 23 hrs 59mins, by specifying the time at which the fax is to be sent.

Enter Mailbox passcode (4 digit code). 3. Press Star t . Delete Mailbox Documents Allows you to delete all the docu ments stored within a mailbox.

Pending Jobs Displays the fax jobs in the machine’s memory waiting to be sent or printed. This report also gives a percent age of available memory on the mach ine.

Original T ype Use this feature to select the type of orig inal being scanned. Resolution Resolution affects the appearance of the scanned image.

5 Network Scanning 96 Xerox Phaser 3635MFP User Gu ide Advanced Settings The Advanced Settings tab allows you to update recently created network templates or to temporarily manipulate the scan template to en hance the appearance and style of your sca nned image.
