15 DRYER USE Starting Y our Dryer Before using your dr yer , wipe the dryer dr um with a damp clot h to rem ove dust from storing and shipping. 1. Load clot hes loosely into the dryer a nd close the d oor . Do not pack the drye r . Allow space for cloth es to tumble freely .

17 DRYER CARE Cleanin g th e Lint Sc reen Every load clean ing The lint screen is located in side the dryer dru m, on the back wall. Clean it before each load. A s creen blocked by li nt can increase dryin g tim e. T o clean 1. Open the door and pull the li nt screen straigh t out.
18 T ROUBLESHOOTING First try the solutions suggested here and possibly avoid the cost of a service call. .. Clothes ar e not drying satisfactorily ■ Check the following : Is the lint scr een clogged with lint? Is the exhaust vent or outside exhaust hood clogged with lint, restri cting air movement? Run the d ryer for 5-10 minutes.
