Please read the instructions carefully before using your Weber ® gas barbecue.

8 WWW . WEBER.COM ® GAS INSTRUC TIONS Some LP tanks have dif fering top collar assembles. (The top collar is the metal protective ring around the valve.) One series of tanks mount with the valve facing front (a) . The other tanks mount with the valve facing away from the fuel scale (b) .

11 WWW . WEBER.COM ® 11 GAS INSTRUC TIONS REFILLING THE LIQUID PROP ANE CYLINDER We recommend that you refi ll the LP cylinder before it is completely empty . Removal of the LP cylinder 1) Close cylinder valve (turn clockwise). 2) Unscrew regulator coupling by turning counterclockwise, by hand only .

Set all burners on “HI” heat and close lid; heat for 10 minutes, or until thermometer registers 500˚-550˚F (260˚-288˚C). • Sear meats and cook with the lid down for perfectly grilled food every time.

17 WWW . WEBER.COM ® 17 9 2 3 10 1 5 8 4 7 MANU ALL Y LIGHTING THE SMOKER BURNER W ARNING: Check hose before each use of grill for nicks, cracking, abrasions or cuts. If the hose is found to be damaged in any way , do not use the grill. Replace using only Weber ® authorized replacement hose.
18 WWW . WEBER.COM ® OPERA TING INSTRUC TIONS USING THE ROTISSERIE Note: Before using your rotisserie, measure your food at the widest point. If it exceeds 9½” (241.8mm), it is too large to fi t the rotisserie. If it is too large, food can be prepared using a roast holder and the Indirect Cooking Method.

Y ou generate the energy for the spark by pushing in the control knob and turning to “ST ART/HI”.

21 WWW . WEBER.COM ® 21 TROUBLESHOO TING OPERA TING THE HANDLE LIGHT The Weber Grill Out™ Handle Light has a built-in “T ilt Sensor .” With the power button (a) activated, the light will come on when the grill lid is open. The light will turn off when the lid is closed.
22 WWW . WEBER.COM ® PROBLEM CHECK CURE Rotisserie burner does not light. Did you hold the burner control knob in and hold in for 20 seconds until after burner ignited? T ry to relight burner by holding burner control knob in and continue holding in until 20 seconds after burner has ignited.
23 WWW . WEBER.COM ® 23 MAINTENANCE MAIN BURNER CLEANING PROCEDURE T urn off the gas supply . Remove the manifold (See “Replace Main Burners”). Look inside each burner with a fl ashlight. Clean the inside of the burners with a wire (a straightened-out coat hanger will work).

If there is dust or dirt on the screens, remove the burners for cleaning the screens. Brush the Spider/Insect screens lightly with a soft bristle brush (i.
