6 unigreen 2.1 INTENDED USE The spra yer in this series is built f or agricultural use. The mater ials used are resistant to nor mal chemical products used in agricultural spra ying (or herbicides) at the time of construction.

8 unigreen 3.2 NOISE LEVEL OF THE MACHINE Use earmuffs to protect your ears when using the machine, belo w you will find the data on the maximum noise le vels during work.
unigreen 9 4.1.2 HAND W ASHING T ANKS The mistblo wers are supplied with an auxiliary hand-washing tank with clean water and a hand tap . This tank must alwa ys be supplied with water and the inside must be clean so you can w ash any par ts of the body that come into contact with the chemical product used.
10 unigreen 4.4 TRA CTOR COUPLING The tractor must ha ve 1”3/8 ASAE DIN 9611/A pow er-takeoff that runs at 550 r pm. It must hav e a 3-point elev ator suitable for saf ely suppor ting the weight of the atomiser . Check this by consulting the tab le of allowed fittings N° 17a (pages 34).
unigreen 11 4.5 CARD AN SHAFT In some models this is supplied on request. The cardan shaft must bear the CE mark. It must alwa ys have its o wn instr uctions that must be follo wed scrupulously and it should come with a cov er bear ing the mark, integrated in e very par t .
12 unigreen 4.8 PRESSURE REGULA TOR T o use the pressure regulator , f ollow the instructions in the enclosed hand- book scrupulously . The pressure regulator controls all of the most impor tant spra ying functions, the thorough knowledge of its functions mak es work easier and more precise.

14 unigreen 4.10 FILLING THE T ANK The machines f or defensiv e crop treatments, in consideration of the saf ety of persons, animals and the protection of the en vironment, must only be filled indirectly from open water courses and only b y free-falling w ater from the waterw or ks.
unigreen 15 4.12 MIXING The active principle can be mix ed using the relev ant stirrers before and during the treatment. Correct mixing and stirring is the basis of the correct distribution on the crops. We recommend some useful accessories such as the premix er for powders and liquids (see the f ollowing para graph).
16 unigreen 4.13 W ASHING THE A TOMISER After ev er y treatment, thoroughly clean the equipment, washing it with water inside and out. Dir ty equipment is v er y dangerous for people and in particular for children. Discharging the residues of washing in the en vironment without taking precautions is forbidden as this pollutes w ater courses.
unigreen 17 5 BLO WER GROUP All the mistblower s have a high speed fan rotor . Y ou must take great care and beware of the eff ects that this can prov oke: such as the aspiration and projection of f oreign bodies which, although of a small size, can be very dangerous especiall y for the ey es and face .
18 unigreen 5.3 DISTRIBUT OR ACCESSORIES V arious configurations of accessor ies or distributors are fitted to the outlet of the fans . At present these are: P olipo - Super Spalliera - R V GDC W ARNI.
unigreen 19 5.4 HYDRA ULICS The R V , VL, VLX, FXF and FXL model distributor accessories hav e hydraulics that can be controlled by the operator directly from the seat in the cab . Check that no one and nothing is in the area where the booms will open; par ticular attention should be paid to the presence of any electric power lines .
