2-3 Section 2 - T r oubleshooting REFRIGERATION SYSTEM DIA GNOSIS GUIDE THERMISTOR T YPES T ype 1 (Black) Resistance at 77°F = 10,000 Ohms ± 5%. Operating range is 185,000 to 650 Ohms. Resistance goes down as temperatur e increases. T ype 1 does not need to be calibrated and can be changed without changing other wir es or board.

3-1 Section 3 - Ser vice and Repair OPERATION CLR2160 GENERAL Upon initial startup , this unit will enter mode number 5 which is a thre e-minute water fill r egardless of the thermistor te mperatures. Th is only occurs when the initial star tup is caused by a power -up of the ma in board.

This could be caused by low ambient temperatures or running t he unit without a water supply attached.

3-30 Section 3 - Ser vice and Repair ADJUSTING THE SET- POINT - 2275D WR WS ONLY 1. Press and release the W ARMER icon. The top of the F in °F of the top dra wer will begin to flash. This will allo w you to adjust the temperatur e of the top dra wer .
3-31 Section 3 - Ser vice and Repair VIEWING ACTUAL T EMPERATUR E - 2275D WR WS ONLY T o view the temperatu re in the top and bottom dra wer (T1 and T2), hold the W ARMER k ey for fiv e seconds until “°F” flashes. Release and the displa y will show the corr ected temperatures of both zones on their respectiv e displa ys.

Remove two screws (Figure 58 ) holding evaporator fan cover to evap ora tor cove r . 3. Unp lug fan connection. 4. Remov e tw o nuts and tw o washers holding the fan to the fan bracket.

There is a possibility that hose connections may ha ve loosened during shipment.
