1. Introduction and 2. Safety information 1. Introduction MultiT emp ® III circulates constant temperature liquid to external electrophoresis equipment. The liquid temperature range is -10 to +90 °C. The unit contains KLEA 134a*, an ozone friendly HFC-type coolant.

Do not touch the stainless steel bath cover and tubings when the unit is used at a high working temperature. Under these conditions, the surface temperature can rise up to approximately 70 °C.

7. Detailed Description 7. Detailed Description MultiT emp III regulates temperature by balancing the effects of constant cooling and controlled pulses of heating. Constant cooling is provided by a built-in unit that includes a compressor , an air cooled liquifier and an evaporator (a coo- ling coil as heat exchanger) located in the chamber .
