7 Basic Operation ︱ ︱ ︱ ︱ Charging the Battery 1. Switch the play er ’s Power Swi tch to the OFF position. 2. Plug the s m all end of the USB cable i nto the M ini US B port on the side o f th e M P300, and plu g the l arg e end of the cable into an available US B port on your desktop or n otebook compute r .
8 It takes a few seconds for the MP 300 to power u p. Power Off Switch the M P300 Power Switch to the position. Alternatively , you can p ress the button to p ause m usic playbac k. The player will automa tically enter S tandby Mode af ter the LED blinks 20 times .
9 Previous Track Press to go back to the previ ous song. Fast Forward Press and hold the button to fast-forw ard. Rewind Press and hold the button to rew ind. Increase Volume Press once or press and hold the button until you reach the desired v olume level .
10 T ransferring Music ︱ Music playbac k i s disabled while t he MP300 is connected to a computer . Please disconnect y our MP300 from the computer w hen you want to use the player . NEVER pl ug the M P300 into a USB hub or an ext ernal USB port located on a keyboard , monitor or other peripheral.
