RWB 6104 BAFG R02 Page 1 1 Never use T e fl on tape on fuel oil fi ttings. T ape fragments can lodge in fuel line components and fuel unit, damaging the equipment and pre- venting proper operation. Use oil-resistant pipe sealant compounds. y y y Damage to the pump could cause impaired burn- er operation, oil leakage and appliance soot-up.
Page 12 RWB 6104 BAFG R02 7. RECYCLE. If the fl ame is lost while the burner is fi ring, the control shuts down the burner , enters a 60 second recycle delay , and then repeats the above ignition sequence. If fl ame is lost three times in a row , the control locks out to prevent cycling with repetitious fl ame loss due to poor combustion.

Prepare for combustion tests by drilling a ¼” sam- pling hole in the fl ue pipe between the appliance and the barometric draft regulator .
