15 Model 6 32 Op erati ng P roced ures 0 8 111 7 Section 6 Operating Procedures We begin our inst ruct ions at t he point where we enter the st ore in t he morning and f ind the part s disassem bled and laid out t o air dry f rom t he previous night’s cleaning.
16 Op erati ng Pro cedu res Model 6 32 Inser t t he drive s haft int o t he fr eezing cylinder , hex end fir st, and into t he rear s hell bearing unt il the seal f it s secur ely over t he rear s hell bearing. Engage t he hex end fir mly int o the driv e coupling.

19 Model 6 32 Op erati ng P roced ures Step 9 Lay the air t ube (with the air orific e installed) in the bott om of t he mix hopper for sanit izing. Note: T he air t ube for the shake s ide does not r equire o- rings or an air orif ice.
