9 U s i n g y o u r F r y w a r e Before the first use: W ash, rinse and dry your frypan/skillet and lid. Season the cooking surface by applying a thin coat of cooking oil and rub in with paper towelling. 1. Insert the control probe into the inlet on the frypan/skillet.
